General Terms And Conditions

Standard Terms:

  1. All purchases are subject to the following terms and conditions.
  2. All product prices are in euros, include VAT and exclude any applicable shipping costs.
  3. You are required to be at least 18 years old to shop with us.
  4. Any changes or errors are excepted.
  5. Although we try to avoid errors, ambiguities or misunderstandings, these may happen and we shall do our best to fix them with you in the best possible way.
  6. Please consider the legal requirements applicable in your country! All products shall only be used in accordance with the laws that apply to you in each case. By accepting these terms and conditions, you confirm that you will indemnify and hold us harmless from any breach or noncompliance on your part. We shall decline all liabilities for any misuse of our products!
  7. The relevant laws shall apply as from time to time amended or supplemented.

Order, Product Return and Price:

  1. You can order products from our online shop in a simple, easy and user-friendly manner.
  2. Any order placed in our online shop is binding. Any unused or unopened goods can be returned without giving reasons within a 14-day term after receiving the shipment. This term shall run from the day when you receive the goods and these instructions.

To comply with this requirement, all you need to do is send a product return request in text form (letter, email or fax) or return the goods, in both cases within the term prescribed. It is INDISPENSABLE to contact us in advance of any return!

In the event of the effective exercise of the right to return goods, any payments, goods, or services provided by either party shall be returned and any relevant benefits (e.g., consumer/user benefits) shall lapse. Any deterioration of the goods may be subject to compensation, which does not apply if such deterioration is exclusively caused by an inspection – e.g., your inspection of the goods in a shop.

In addition, you shall not be subject to the obligation to pay a compensation if you avoid using or consuming the goods as if you owned them, or avoid doing anything that could affect their value. If you exercise your right to return goods, your purchase contract shall automatically terminate.

3. The total price charged to you shall include the prices of all of your ordered products, any applicable tax and any packaging and shipping costs – hereinafter referred to as ‘shipping costs’ or ‘shipping’. These costs will be clearly shown in your shopping cart.

4. We expressly reserve the right to change prices. However, any price change will NEVER affect your purchase while your order or payment is in progress – you will always pay the exact price applicable at the time you place an order. We also reserve the right to refuse orders without the need to give reasons for such refusal. Should this affect you, we will of course inform you by email.

5. Any customs or similar charges incurred in the course of shipping to the destination address you have provided shall be charged to you.

Payment:

  1. You can pay us in advance by bank transfer or credit card.
  2. The goods shall remain our property until full payment has been received.

Shipping:

  1. The shipping costs to be paid will be clearly displayed when you place your order.
  2. We normally deliver goods on the next working day after the order/payment has been received, i.e., depending on where you live, delivery should not take longer than one to three working days. We normally ship via GLS Austria or HERMES.
  3. We pack your shipment in a plain envelope/box with no clues to its content and make sure it is break-proof. However, what a parcel goes through is only visible when it arrives.
  4. On collecting the parcel, you shall check it for any transport damage. We ask you not to accept a damaged parcel. We shall not liable for any damage caused by the transporter!
