Cancellation Policy

Consumers have a right to opt out as described below. ‘Consumers’ means natural persons who conclude a legal transaction for purposes that are not usually attributed to their commercial activity or their independent professional activity.

Consumers’ Right to Opt Out

You have a right to opt out of this contract within fourteen days (opt-out period) without giving any reason for your choice. You can exercise this right within fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.

Phone no.: +43 (1) 609 13 14, Email: info@sensiweeds.com ) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or email). It is sufficient for you to send a notification stating that you exercise your right to opt out before the expiry of the opt-out period.

Consequences of the Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your cancellation, we shall refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). For this repayment, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees or commissions for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This time limit is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day opt-out period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in the value of goods if it is due to any unnecessary handling on your part for checking their condition, properties and mode of operation.

Cancellation Exclusion

If the packaging or seal of live products such as seeds has been damaged or opened, these are excluded from the right to opt out.

Further Notes

The following instructions are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right to opt out.

• Please do not use goods you wish to return as if they were your own.
• Please avoid soiling or damaging the goods.
• For your return shipment, please use the original packaging or equivalent packaging that protects the goods during return transport in the same way as the original packaging.
